One fixed price. Nothing more, nothing less
AI tools come with credits, plans and limits, and the first output is rarely right. If you enjoy that loop, do it yourself. If it wears you down, hand the whole loop to us, at one price you see before we start. Here’s exactly how a job runs.
Six steps, start to finish
The first two cost nothing. Nothing after them starts until you’ve agreed to a price.
A free 20-minute call
Tell us where you are: an app that almost works, an idea, or a product that needs AI. We ask the questions that matter, tell you honestly what we’d do, and say whether we’re the right fit.
A free review, for a vibe-coded app
We read the code and use the app the way your customers will. You get a written report with every issue ranked by risk, in plain English. No charge, no obligation.
One fixed price, in writing
A scope with acceptance criteria: what will be true when the work is done. A small job is one price and one delivery. A bigger one is split into milestones, each priced and agreed before it starts.
The work, with a test link at every milestone
You see working software early and often, and you try every fix yourself. Nothing counts as done until it meets the acceptance criteria you agreed to.
Acceptance and handover
Each milestone is checked against its criteria, accepted and paid for. Its code, designs and accounts are then yours, with documentation and a walkthrough.
Support included
If something we delivered breaks within 30 days of acceptance, we fix it at our cost. After that, keep us on for changes and new features, or take the code wherever you like.
What the price covers
The loop that eats your credits and hours is ours to manage. If the work takes us longer than planned, the price doesn’t move.
- Quoted before we start
- You see the number, the scope and the acceptance criteria in writing before any work begins.
- You never pay for our iterations
- Our prompts, credits, tools and retries are inside the price. We know how these tools behave, so we need fewer of them.
- New ideas are quoted first
- Extra work is priced before it is built. The original number never quietly grows.
- Support included
- Defects in what we delivered are fixed at our cost for 30 days after acceptance.
Everything handed over
Once a milestone is paid for, everything you need to run and change it is in your hands, not ours.
- The source codeIn a repository you own, with a record of every change we made and why.
- The accountsHosting, domains, app stores, AI providers and payment services registered in your name.
- The documentationHow it fits together, how to release a change, and where to look when something breaks.
- A walkthroughA call, recorded if you like, that takes you or your next developer through all of it.
The fine print, in plain English
What does “fixed price” actually mean?
The number on the quote is the number on the invoice. If the work takes us longer than planned, that’s our cost, not yours. You never pay for our iterations, our prompts, or the credits and tools we use to do the work.
What if I want something extra halfway through?
Tell us, we quote it, and you decide. New work is always priced before it’s built, so the original price never quietly grows.
What are acceptance criteria?
A short written list of what will be true when a milestone is done. For example: “a customer can book, pay and get a confirmation email.” We agree them before the work starts and check them together when it ends.
Who owns the code?
You do, for every milestone you’ve paid for. It lives in a repository you control, and the hosting, domains and app store accounts are in your name. Open-source parts keep their own licences, and we list them at handover.
What does the warranty cover?
Defects in the work we delivered: anything we built that doesn’t meet its acceptance criteria. We fix those at our cost for 30 days after you accept the work. New requirements, changes to third-party services, and work done by others are quoted separately.
Do you use AI to do the work?
Yes, wherever it makes the work faster, with an engineer reading, testing and owning every change. That’s why we can quote a fixed price: we know how these tools behave, so we reach the right result with less trial and error.
What do you need from me?
Access to the app, code or accounts we’re working on; someone who can make decisions and accept milestones; and honest answers about how the product is used. The call covers the rest.
How do payments work?
Per milestone, once it’s accepted. The quote sets out the schedule before you agree to anything. There are no prices on this site because every job is quoted for one client.
Tell us where you’re stuck. We’ll tell you what we’d do
The call is free. No pressure, no jargon, and you leave with a clear next step, whether or not it involves us.
